Shipping policy

I do not currently ship to the EU from my website. If you are based in the EU, please check out my Etsy store!

Processing times

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated in announcements.

Delivery methods

UK orders are dispatched via Tracked 48.

Non-UK orders are dispatched via a tracked Royal Mail service by default. 

• Please keep an eye on tracking, and ensure you will be in during the day of delivery to receive your parcel!

• If you are not in on the date(s) of attempted delivery, and the order is returned, customers may be charged an additional resending fee. If you wish to receive a refund instead, only the items ordered will be refunded.
  

Customers are responsible for any additional import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
