Refund policy

Please read product descriptions and shop policies thoroughly before ordering.

Returns and refunds

While I try my best to fulfil all orders to a high standard, I understand that unexpected things can happen! In the case that you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery (according to tracking, where applicable), provided the following:

• Contact us to start the returns process within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of why you're filing for a return.
  
• A 25% restock fee will be charged on all returns.
• B-Grade products are not eligible for return.
• All items must be in an unused condition in their original packaging. If any items are not in their original condition upon return, your refund may be refused.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and for ensuring the order is returned within the 14 day period.
• Returned orders must include a tracking number and be marked clearly as being returned.
• Mercury Designs UK is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during return shipping, and we are unable to refund the items should this occur.

Unfortunately, shipping or customs fees cannot be refunded in any circumstance.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
